Just moved in and already having problems!!

My husband and I just signed our lease about 3 weeks ago. We signed on a Friday and the day after i had to already call maintenance about our lights flickering on and off when showering, the dryer took at least 4 times to dry clothes and our washer didn't even have a knob!! I think we got put in one of the older dumps. I called to office to check on my maitenance status and it wasn't even put in!!! Maitenance didn't come out until that next Friday, and I guest that there is suppose to be a rent credit if items are not completed within 2 days but Mine took a week and the staff didn't even offer me the rent credit when I complained about how long it was taking!!! All I got from Jessica when I called to check on a request was "I'm still waiting on your renters insurance confirmation" she seems nice but even my sister who was living with me thought that she should of put our needs first. Obviously I can't make the renters insurance rush their confirmations. It seems that nobody there really cares about your needs, I moved from a cheaper apartment that was in a bad location, but their customer service is way much better than what you will get here at Bermuda. If I had the money for another deposit I would move out. I have been looking for other apartments so I can get out of here. I recommend that you do not move here . . . they have a lot of things that need to be fixed!! The apartments not even that nice, and alot of things wrong with the interior.

lol ur an idiot. it takes a matter of minutes to get renters insurance confirmation. you obviously do not have renters insurance so if you do not meet their qualifications to move in then why should they rush your orders as if you are priority? jeez. people get dumber and dumber everyday

who the ---- are you! Yeah i do have renters insurance . . . . unfortunately they have to send the confirmation over to the Apartment Property!!!! And it took them at least 3-5 days to do so. The receptionist already had to CONF # numner she just needed it from them!! So shut the ---- up and leave me alone, it really is sad that some people just go around looking to fight b/c they have no life and nothing better to do with their time.
