Bermuda Cove is by far the worst Equity managed property I have ever lived in and I have lived in three. The other two were very clean and very classy with great staff all the way around. At Bermuda Cove aka Bermuda Triangle the appliances are very old (10 - 20yrs) and work only sometimes. The maintenance staffs answer to fixing every thing from the dishwasher, plumbing and washing machine is to pour vinegar into it. The over-spray of paint through-out the apartment looks as if a five year old child was given a spray gun and was told to have at it. Stray cats are everywhere and the strong smell of cat urine can be smelled when it rains. Cars are being broken into weekly. In the desire to fill the complex and make money, they don't screen very well. They have let some very dity, low class people live there. They hang-out on the steps and throw their cigarette butts in front of your door. The landings of the floors never get cleaned. Cob webs, spiders and dead bugs are stuck to the stucco. The building looks as if it had never been power washed. Now they have a great web site that shows great pictures and the staff will be real friendly before you move in. After you sign your lease they can care less about what problems you're having with this overly neglected property. I wish I would've found this site before I signed a lease.
