I lived in building 1 for a year..no problem with noise, neighbors were ok, but parking kinda sucked at night. Maintenance guys were really nice and always came when called. There was at least one armed robbery while I was living there, but it was on the other side of the complex. Pool was ok, but too many kids. I had an issue with the sprinklers because they were messed up and would spray the walk way. I had to use an umbrella just to make it to my car from the building...and the water, coming from the pond, stank pretty bad.
