(user photo) MOISTURE IN FROM OUTSIDE CAUSED WOOD TO ROT AND GLUE TO COME LOOSE (user photo) this warping problem was obviously tackled before...to bad the particle board needs to be replaced. all they did was use and L-brace to fix it. (user photo) after a good rain, always depend on pools of h20 to saturate the foundation and contribute to mold growth.
