AWESOME for the price From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   Management counts! Marilyn, the property manager was excellent-I stayed 3 years in an apt. too small for my furniture because there were no issues. Unit was clean, maintenance was great and responded quickly and pest control was outstanding - they came monthly! The walls are a little thin and there aren't really any amenities; but if you want a CLEAN, decent, safe, well-cared-for and VERY cost-efficient apartment, this is it!
