Management Sucks! From: TalensMom Date posted: 4/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have been a resident since Nov.07' & the office manager is Marilyn. For one she is never in the office, & if she is its only for maybe an hour one-two days a week. She also fired the previous maintence man because he thre a bbq dinner for residents & told him it was because he was not to associate with residents...In return she is always sitting on her patio with the "new" maintaince man. I have been waiting for the drip in my bathtub to be fixed since christmas & now I'm not sure that I want this new maintance guy in my apartment alone he just isnt very nice nor friendly. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone only until it is under new management.
