this place sucks ass. They sell it as having been refurbished. Lots of water leaks, extremely shotty construction, lots of spiders and roaches. The maintanence guys suck at what they do. Everything here is put together for show. They sell it as having great sound barriers between walls and floors, THAT IS NOT TRUE!!! You can hear everything from neighbors even when they screw. The dryer vents are clogged and spray lint through the bathroom vents into your rooms.
