Living here has been a nightmare for me and I will never live in another apartment again where someone is above me. The lady above me has uncontrollable little kids and she is Section 8. Management does not force her to abide by the good neighbor policy of noise. This person's kids run, jump, and stomp from sunup to late at night. I am suppose to understand this is an apartment and she has kids. What a crock!! You can hear when the person above you flush their toilet, and if someone walks up and down the stairs which is on the outside of the apartments. Kids run by and knock on your doors, ride bikes and skateboard in the passageways and the filth that comes out of their mouths is terrible. We have several policemen who live here and they still had a shooting. The other day, a policeman was walking two small dogs and there is a no pet policy. Wish I had shopped around a little more before signing a lease.
