where do i start .. when i first moved in i realized it is going to be a problem. my ac was not working in June & July, the peak heat of summer, it was 80 degrees in my house with the windows open & the fans blowing, and i did not even get compted for my inconvenience, all they told me was it was not their problem bc it's under warrenty.... after 3 request & 4 months i am still waiting for management to add my phone number to the gate, which it doesn't make sense to have a front gate when there is nothing else surrounding the rest of the complex .... and the noise, omg your bedroom is by the outside hallway and you can hear the kids talking & running, i can even hear my upstairs neighbor having sex, it's just unbelieveable! and whoever said rules only apply to certain people, they are right! i got rid of my pet after the first notice they sent out to everyone, then maint. illegally enters my apartment & see i still have my pet stuff so they put a letter on my door advising of the no pet policy .. that's a bunch of B S .... And back to the management, they are dumb asses . i gave them a 60 day notice, i received a notice back from them advising they got my letter, then 2 weeks later i get another notice saying i am out of compliance of my lease (which i still cannot get a copy of) bc i have't given them a 60 day notice. they never answer the phone, & there is no point leaving a mesg bc you will never get a call back, & besides other harassment it really not worth it ... So screw you brookwood, i will definately not be resigning my lease!

Another case of certain rules for certain people. There are 2 dogs in Building 3 and he walks them outside and they do their business. You can also hear them barking. Wonder why it is ok for him to have pets?
