Unsafe Neighborhood Poor Maintenance From: qenzen Date posted: 12/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Well my neighbor was shot to death in his home 4 months ago and the main gate has remained broken in this once "gated" community. Yes, I feel unsafe. Response for repairs for my apartment averages 2 to 4 weeks. Nice looking development as it is being converted to condos.
