Camri Green Apartments

Complete Nightmare From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Our nightmare started with the morons running the leasing office. The first woman we worked with, Erika, apparently failed third grade math because she told us we made approx. 20k a year more than we do. Hey if we did we wouldn't be moving into this dump. The next leasing office personnel we dealt with told us we made about 10k a year less than we do. She also called us liars saying she didn't believe we only had one job and proceeded to lecture us on what a "hard living" we were looking forward to. Hey maybe if she did the math correctly she would know better. Finally we got two more copies of our paycheck statements, did the math for them, explained the math to them, and got approved. (we were in a jam and needed a place quickly). Oh yah this is all done 2 days before our move-in date because no one bothered to call us and let us know there was a problem. When we called we got no answer and no one ever returned a message. So our move in date comes and they don't have the proper paperwork. Finally we sign our lease, 5 minutes before they close. Here comes problem number 2'3'4' so many. They can't find the keys to our apartment. Apparently the maint. man has them. So Erika and Joe go in search for them telling us to wait outside our apartment. We go back to the leasing office an hour later because Erika is in there talking to someone. "Oh you still dont have your keys'". Apparently Joe had them the entire time. So we walk into our apartment, and slip on the floor because the carpet is soaking wet. We've been here 3 months now and they still haven't fixed anything we've asked them to... except the pantry door... That fell on us and I threatened a lawsuit to get them to fix that. This place is run by morons... the apartment manager is the biggest of them all. Cars are broken into, trash everywhere, idiotic personall, noisy noisy neighbors.... Run as far away from here as you can.
