My husband and I moved into Cape House in November 2003, and were very pleased with our decision. The past few months have made us change our minds: the management staff is very unresponsive (we never get our packages and our complaints are never acknowledged), most of the tenants are party animals, the walls are very thin, maintenance is not responsive to work orders, and the entry gates have been broken for at least two momths. There are plenty of nice places along Hodges...look elsewehere before you sign your lease at Cape House!
