Cape House Apartments

Getting Better- almost a luxury community again!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   When I first moved into Cape House in the later part of December 2002, it was beautiful. The apartment community started to have a lot of problems with water intrusion, as that is what the memos always stated. It has been over 18 months now and the place is getting back together. The buildings are all painted, the grounds are picking up. The new maintenance team has got it together. FINALLY!!!! I recommend this property again, for awhile I was reconsidering a 2 year lease. Now I am getting ready to sign for another 2 years. Thanks
