Don't get me wrong these places look astonishing.The front office where they will roll out the red carpet and wine and dine you is out of this world. Please believe me on the following matters.Read Carefully:
A. THIN WALLS AND WINDOWS = MOLD
B. MASS COLONEY OF PEOPLE = WATER AND SEWAGE PROBLEMS.NOT ENOUGH PRESSURE IN H20 LINES.
C. < # YOUNG PEOPLE = DRINKING/NOISE ETC...
D. < DOGS WITH OWNERS = POO
E. > MAITENANCE = MASS HYSTERIA
F. MASS HYSTERIA COLONEY = POOR PARKING.
