I have lived in many places before i moved into cape house. By far this is the worst place i have ever lived. Not only because of the all the physical defects of the apartment itself, more so of the rude and very overpaid office staff. ------ is probaly the most ignorant person i have ever spoke with in my entire life. Oh and by the way that is the finance manager. Every second i spent talking to her i felt my iq dropping by the minute. By the type of people who live in this dump you would think it would be a little cheaper. The actual apartment itself tears up on a weekly basis. Not to mention everything in the community itself has probaly worked like maybe once since we have been here. If you really want to know the truth about this place take all the information that they tell and believe the total opposite. For example the gate, video library, luxury, parking, hot tubs, pools, rude staff and you put it all together and you have a very overpriced trailer park. Please do not move in to this place or you will be very disappointed.
