Positive: Responsive maintenance for in-apartment problems
Negative: Gate has worked only 2 months of my 15 month lease
Positive: Large, nice, well-maintained apartments.
Negative: Thin walls. You hear everything. And I do mean everything.
Positive: Pets allowed, nice grounds.
Negative: Dog poo everywhere. NO enforcement of cleaning up after dogs. People leave their trash outside of apartments, makes breezeways smell awful.
Positive: Children's playground.
Negative: Small, located next to garbage compactor, which smells awful. Hardly used, if at all.
Positive: Garbage compactor.
Negative: Only compactor for 480 apartments, constantly overflowing.
Positive: Lots of parking
Negative: Can only get a spot close to your apartment if you come home before 5, several incidents of scary-looking people hanging out in parking lot. People whip through the parking lot like it's the Daytona 500, despite the numerous speedbumps.
Positive: Roman bathtubs in every apartment.
Negative: constant mold problem.
Positive: Washer and Dryer in every apartment.
Negative: they don't always work.
Positive: Fireplaces and garages available
Negative: at an extra cost ($100/mnth for detached garage, $20/mnth for fireplace)
