spacious apartments; great location

Although a little expensive, Cape House is almost worth every penny. The complex is safe, it is close to Butler Blvd, UNF, grocery stores, and only minutes away from the beach. The pool area is fantastic and is a fun place to hang out. The apartments are very large-spacious kitchen with appliances, the master bathroom has a garden tub, and they also offer good closet space. I have lived here for two years and would reccommend Cape House to others.
