If you rent here, you should hope that you never need anything from the maintenance people because they are unresponsive. Even after repeated calls for a problem that began when I first moved in, I could only get a response after I took pictures and gave it to the apartment manager. It took over a month of calls even then. This was Sept 04-Dec 04, and I've heard it hasn't gotten any better. Four months in that place was as much as we could stand.
