Moved into Cape House in June 05 and were happy for a while. By early 2006, tenants were getting younger and louder. The damage to the grounds was becoming more prominent, i.e. breaking the pool ladders, throwing things into the pond, the pond was overgrown with slime. The gate was broken the first year we were there. Garbage was thrown all over the place. We had a used condom thrown in our courtyard along with trash. You could hear thru the walls. The mold growing inside the apts. was horrible, when we moved our furniture the mold was all over the wall behind it and on the furniture itself. Maintenance didn't know how to fix things when you could reach them. Am so glad to be gone even tho we have to fight them now because we broke our lease because we didn't get any satisfaction from management. Think twice before moving there ..unless you're into partying with the kids, and if you have a family, you won't be happy there. Very overpriced! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
