We have lived here for three years, it is terrible. The front gate only works about 50% of the time. When it is closed, you can't get it open. In the past month and a half alone, I have been unable to access the complex when I get home at 5:30 in the morning as the code will not open the gate. I have to walk all the way to the back of the apartment complex in my pajamas, otherwise I have to wait for someone to come out of the exit and risk an accident as you can't see if anyone is coming. The maintenance staff gets paid to sit around, I never see them doing anything. We have had burnt out lights for over a year. Our bathroom ceiling was leaking, it took the maintenance staff until the toilet was just about to fall through the ceiling before they finally came to look at it. This is the highest priced apartment complex in the area, but by far the worst to live at.
