I lived here for 2.5 yrs and let me tell you it was a huge waset of money, and the management, as you will read from other ratings, is not accomaditing at all! from a glance everything looks nice and well kept, but once you move in you realize things arnt. the apartment are in bad shape, it take forever to get something fixed, and although the maintance people are really nice they only mask the problem and you will have to call them to fix it next month. The management is belitteling, espically if your under the ag of 30. i moved from a 2 bedroom to a one and they charged me for a stain the size of a dime that i didnt make. it was $200 and when i asked for a recipt they said they would send it to me. i asked for it 3 different times and never got it. anytime you want something done you have to call at least twice, and there are rude when you call. i had a really big problem with a lady at the office, who is still there. she was the rudest person i ever met! she even hung up on me when i asked to talk to the manager about something. there are 2 people in the office that ruin the name for everyone. i payed over 900 for a 1 bedroom, and i recommended a friend that stayed for 2 years, he had his mom call and got the smae apartment for 750. they would work w/ me to renew my lease for cheaper even though i stayed there for 2.5 yrs.
on the pluss side: its safe, i had very nice neighbors, next to good schools, close to UNF and the beach, and they dont really bother you much about anything as long as you dont have any problems
