I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment at Cape House for about 4 months until my room mate couldn't afford rent. I moved back in a year later with my boyfriend into a one bedroom and we lived there for 2 years. We LOVED it!
The apartments are good size, the walls aren't too thin, the porches are nice, and we enjoyed our stay. Of course like any apartment you live in there are going to be annoyances, but that is what renting is.
