My husband and I have been living here for over a year now. It was so nice when we moved here. Everyone who worked with Cape house was so friendly and helpful, except the lady who was known to say, "that's just normal wear and tear." Grrr. I actually enjoyed living here. But since there was a change in the management group, things have gone completely down hill. The landscape has gotten trashed with litter and people who don't clean up after their animals. It takes two weeks for maintence to come in for repairs. My infant son's window had been leaking and acquiring mold from a horrible seal job and after telling them three times to come by, they finally did without giving me any idea which day they were coming over. So I guess I'm supposed to lock my dog up everyday. Oh, and just pray that you don't get stuck with wild neighbors. I have had so many problems with the people that live above us. They play loud music at all hours, they throw their litter in our court yard, they keep my son up at all hours, and yes, they threw up in our yard! We have talked to several people at Cape house but it seems that they aren't doing anything about this situation. I pay 1000 bucks for rent and it has been the biggest waste of money. So do yourself a favor, and go check out some houses to rent. This definitely is not worth the money!!!!!
