DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT rent here. Drug dealers and ghetto scary dudes galore, and drunk obnoxious students that dont have jobs so get into shouting matches in the parking lot at 3 in the morning on weeknights. Often. Stay FAR FAR away if you are a professional, it looks nice and I do like the actual apartment, but it is A NIGHTMARE!

First of all, I moved in early February and the gate has been broken several times. the apartments themselves are very nice, and the office staff is friendly. (but are people with unusual compaints treated the same as everyone else?)

Hey-I take EVERYTHING BACK I PUT. I wrote this a year ago and since then it has gone downhill rapidly. We have loud, drug-dealing inconsiderate neighbors who are called on every week but nothing is done about it, the gate is still always broken, the gym hasnt been updated, it is getting super-ghetto (there was a dud dancing on a car swinging his rag the other day when I drove in...ok), management is awful. I have nothing good to say about Cape House except out lease is up in a few months. Stay Away, trust me.

we moved here in april 2009 and at first it was great we were at the paddock club in arlington for 3 years we belived we were finally at a place we could relax at NOT! theres a group of -------s that take over the pool damn near everyday and play volley ball , we have seen sex acts in the pool area from our balcony, my wife tried to go the restroom at the pool and she walked in on a full BLOWN sex act, jso live on site and don't do anything, management doesnt seem to give a crap, 10 more months and we are outta here, THERES DECENT FAMILYS LIVING HERE YET THE OFFICE WOULD RATHER SIDE WITH THE YOUNG STUPID UNDER AGE -------S THAT OBVIOUSLY CONTROL THIS COMPLEX.....it looks great but once your in they don't care! STAY AWAY

I agree! I am a proffessional with children & had I found this site earlier I would NOT have even considered living here! The Office is beautiful, which turned out to be VERY misleading...this place is GHETTO! I'm not racist by any means but I moved here to get away from thugs! And the dog ---- is RIDICULOUS! Even the ladies who work in the office let their dog's poop all over and they don't clean it up...THE OFFICE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR TENENTS, which is obvious by the quality of people they let in here and they allow the gate to remain broken 75% of the year! STAY AWAY FROM CAPE HOUSE!
