We reecently moved in, and I am already regretting it. Both of the toilets
wobble when you sit on them, and I had to threaten to withold rent to
get one fixed. I gave my 7-day notice, I'll be witholding rent b/c the
second toilet if they don't fix it soon. They charged us a higher rent
once we put in our application than when we toured, claiing rents change everyday.
Baloney, they just wanted to stiff us. They didn't let us read over the lease
beforewe signed it, and we still don't have a copy.
Our doors swing open all the time, and the gate has been broken since we moved
in. There really is a girl here with a really snotty attitude, I'll get her
name and reprt her to management.

I beleive her name is -----. Don't bother reporting to management because they will not do anything about it. I've been living here for going on two years and had not encountered so many problems until the new management came in. We pay for all these ammenities that are not up and running such as the hot tub!!! Who doesn't want to go and relax after a long day of work! THey keep saying the they are waiting for supplies! How long does it take to get propane!!! I recently put in a work order and they have not come to fix the issue yet. I had company over last week and wanted to show them around only to show trash all over the secound pool area by the bar. Both hot tubs are not working, the trash compactor full AGAIN!! Nedless to say, I was embaressed. The people who worked here before actually lived here so they cared alot more!!! I love my apartment but now I'm considering moving at the end of my lease. I have went to a higher level, trying to call Customer Relations and you can't even speak to someone. You have to leave a message which I did almost two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a call back. We received a letter advising us that workers would possibly need to enter our apartments to work on the windows and they advised us to put our valuables away.....Do they not run background checks anymore!!! Again, lack of professionalism. I also called the local office for this wonderful company and no one ever picks up. I left messages there too and I'm still waiting!!!
Bottom line, I think we need to get a petition going. Does anyone have an attorney as a friend that could give us some guidance??? This is rediculous. I have always paid my rent on time and this is what we have to deal with in return.
-A broken Gate! When are the going to change it??
-Two hot tubs that do not work!
-Trash compacter is ALWAYS full!
-Slow maintenance
-poor customer service and no call backs not even from the property manager.
-I could go on all day! Need I say more??
