I have lived here for 5 months now and have loved it . I have a two bed/two bath with my own fenced in yard where else will you find that with apartments. My apartment is huge with an open floor plan and good upgrades. The neighborhood is quiet, gated and I feel very safe living here. Parking is not a problem even on the weekends.I have seen a lot of complaints with managment, so far I have had none . They know me by name when I come in and are very polite. As long as you pay your rent there is no problem, Mangement keeps the neighborhood very clean always putting up new plants or picking up trash from the little kids. The pools and gym are also very nice. I would tell anyone to come check this place out . I have lived two prior places and trust me this place is 10x better.

It's funny how one of the few people to post good comments about this place is anonymous. What's to hide if the person is a legit resident? One could suspect that this person is a staff 'plant' to boost the company's sagging ratings. If the commenter is legit, they weren't here when the one trash bin and compactor - the only trash container for a two thousand person apartment complex - broke and trash was stacked ten feet high. Maybe they were just upwind. This person was not here when a mini-crime wave hit the complex. The thief was wearing a 'Cape House' uniform. The gate that "Mr Anonymous" claims gives him / her security was broken for most of the 5 months that she/he claims to have lived in the place. Only a resident would know that (outside of the many complaints to management) because the gates only close at night, after STAFF HAVE GONE HOME. I don't know a single staff member that lives on-premises. That says something all by itself. Residents are the only ones that are supposed to drink the Kool-Aid. The reason why this review is different than the others is because it's fake.

It's not fake I have lived here since September I live in building 14 with my husband and 4 year old son . I posted anonymous because my name or apartment number is no ones business this is the internet people you should never post personal information on a public site for the world to see. I have seen the compactor not working or over flow 3 times since living here however it didn't stay that way for months and was probably due to residents putting things in there they shouldn't. And no I have not heard of a single break in at least since I have been on site. The gate has only been broken once since I have lived here and it was broken for the first two weeks my husband and I moved here. Once again though it is a machine and they do break every now and then people especially when the people coming in don't follow the rules of the gate like one person at a time . I can see you are not very happy here and everyone has their own opinion which is completly fine . The purpose of my post was to let people know my exsperiance of the apartments. Also of course the gates only close after business hours of the office that is with every single apartment complex that has gates. During the day people are constantly coming in and out from work and new possible tenants are looking at the property it would be more of a hassel for anyone to keep them shut and locked at all times.

mdsingleton sounds like a ex-resident that is just unhappy with life in general. I have been a resident for over a year (just renewed) and am not employeed by management. Any issues I have had, which are usually with my neighbors, are acknowledged by the office once I bring it to their attention. I guess some of us realize that a leasing office can't control every move the hundreds of people that live here, but they seem to actually care that I am happy with my apartment. They have talked with neighbors about trash in the hall and sent out notices about people who don't pick up after their dogs. I work in the hotel industry and understand part of the responsibility. Plus didn't you say you moved out a year ago? Maybe it's time for you to move on.
