After placing an application and do a follow up, the front desk clerk trated myself, my wife and sister inlaw like garbage. Tried to reason with her and all matters just got worse. She would not reason and or make an attempt to assist us. All she would kept on repeating and I quote " the aplication is denied and that's the end of it". The manager came out after I ask the clerk to lower her voice and quit her negative attitude. At that time I request for the manager to have a talk with her clerk, since she seemed upset and or mad. People deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Ms. Robledo's application should have been given an opportunity since at ano point during the application period, she and her husband were not able to sign their paperwork due to unforseen reasons, upon their return, that's when she made a follow up to find a very unflexible system not willing to assist her and her family. Now, she would have to waut another 6 months!! in order to be even considered. In the mean time, her family will just have to live as guests, somewhere; is that the right thing to do', is that the way Caroline Apartments conducts business abd take care of the ones in desperate need'
