Disrespectful Trashy Staff

The Staff is far from being professional, they are unlearned want to be's.
They are very rude to their customers on the phone as well as in person.
They have no respect for humans. They sound very uneducated. Ghetto is a better word.
Like give me an inch and I will take a foot. I have authority over you and I am going to abuse it (that kind of thing) I've gotten better respect from animals.
