I recently moved in here and I love my apartment. Its cute and cozy and I feel at home. Yes people do hang out and I personally have spoken to management about it. The staff in the office is great and the manager trys really hard to work with you. There is really nothing that can be done about the hanging out, that can happen any where. When I moved in they used to hang out right in front of my apartment door. Since I complained to the manager they have never hung out again. The property can use a touch on the outside for appearance but I cant be to picky. Its my first apartment and its very affordable. I recommend it.
