The only reason I picked this place is because of how cheap it is. Lee the manager is nice, but regina is horrible. Unfriendly bitter old woman! My carpet was "new" when I moved in but was covered in stains and was coming up at all the corners. My bathroom floor needs to be ripped up! The tub clogs once a week and we had to fight for months to get screens on our windows! We luckily live towards the front of the apartment and it is pretty quiet and we have nice neighbors. The whole place is a dump though half of the washers and dryers dont work and there is nothing to offer, no pool, fitness center, not nets on the "tennis court" and loads of drug deals!
