I have been a resident of Carrington Place for two years and I am almost in tears of joy that I am fortunate enough to be able to get out of this hell hole! I have nosey neighbors..one that constantly knocks on my door and peeps out of his window at me..ive had my tire slashed and my oil filter taken out of my car causing my engine to seize. The roaches are ridiculous! No matter how much you clean and disinfect they still come in..probably from my unhygenic neighbors...there is no washer dryer connections...no dishwasher..no kitchen space..the only thing i will say about it is that the bedrooms are huge..i have a king size bedroom suite that I had to look all over to find an apt that it would fit. the apts are extremely close together..you could literally reach out and touch the apt in front of you. the maintenence guys are nice and prompt..but hey ya get what you pay for..which is close to nothing..good for college kids or someone just starting out...hope this was helpful.
oh and i forgot i have damaged countless tires from all the potholes that remain unfixed..
