If mold and mildew are your friends, and you don't mind maintenance peple coming in and helping themselves to whatever they like, people hanging out and playing music extremely loud, drug and prostitution transactions taking place in full view of your children, having to constantly search for parking because of the weekly parties that are going on and overcrowding the place, THEN YOU'RE GOING TO LOVE IT THERE!
