DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS DUMP WHAT EVER YOU DO PLEASE READ

There are numerous dangers lingering in this apartment complex:

1. We have 4 Pedophiles living there - two of them which are still under supervision - one just moved in a few weeks ago and the property manager said that it is nobody's business that those people are living there - she doesn't think it's necessary to warn parents about these dangers - Just recently one of the pedophiles got busted for taking photographs of children walking to and from the playground which is right in front of his apartment. I think the management is just waiting for something to happen, it's more important to collect rent from sick pedophiles who are still under supervision than having enough conscience and responsibility to make the complex a safe place to live for children. Drug dealers openly do drug transactions there and nobody does anything about it - DO NOT leave your children unattended - under NO circumstances !!

2. Unsafe conditions in the parking lot areas - no lights, pitch dark at night - it's always best to have a flashlight with you at all times. And get full coverage car insurance and renter's insurance, there have been numerous break-ins into cars and apartments.

3. Extensive mold growth in a lot of apartments - Apartments present health hazards and property management is NOT doing anything.

4. Incompetent maintenance staff - numerous trips necessary to get things half way fixed - One example, we have two bathrooms (1 in the masterbedroom and the other in the hallway), when we used the toilet in bathroom A, the sewage came up in the sink in bathroom B and when we used the toilet in bathroom B, the sewage came up in the sink in bathroom A - NASTY !! It took them 3 days to get it half way fixed.

5. Mosquito larvae in water (tons of little red "worms" in faucet water) - YES, just 3 weeks ago until I called the Health Department and a missing or damaged screen of the well where the mosquitos had been laying their eggs in our well water was finally fixed !!

6. Things are NEVER getting fixed unless the Health Department or Code Enforcement are being called - example is single Mom with 2 small children, living upstairs, numerous holes in ceiling where water leaks EVERY TIME it rains, mold growth, walls and ceiling are being painted over instead of getting fixed one day before Code Enforcement re-visits property - another example is woman living there for 4 months, oven has never worked and never got replaced - even though it has been brought to property manager attention numerous times - Right when we moved in we complained that the refridgerator that was in the apartment had MAGGOTS in the bottom drawer - it took them a week to replace it and about 5 phone calls complaining about it - I refused to put groceries in that ancient and completely nasty and unacceptable fridge.

7. Thefts commited while maintenance people were present in apartments. DO NOT trust the maintenance people, they are crackheads and potheads - Our AC went out a few weeks ago and we could not get a hold of ANYONE by using the emergency number.

8. Prostitutes living right across in the building next to ours. They have red hallway lights (I'm NOT kidding)

Please DO NOT move into this dumpster. The owner is getting ready to sell this place or has already sold it. If I would have known all the stuff that I know now about this place, I would have NEVER moved there. It's a ripoff, nasty living conditions, no reliable maintenance and a total disgrace.

The only good things about this place is that it is very close to southside, with shopping, entertainment, I-95 and JTB. Plus, the apartments (ours is a 3 BR 2 Bath) are very roomy (over 1300 sq ft) and the layout is great too (separated living - sleeping areas). Too bad they are not upkept the way they should be, it could be a very nice place to live if only the owner and management would do what they are supposed to do. I'd be willing to pay more rent if the apartments were livable.
