Honestly I think Cedars is one of the worst properties to move into.. The office staff are lazy and they do not follow proper guidelines.. The 2 pools on property hasnt been decent in over 2yrs. I am currently a resident and I cannot wait till my lease is up because of all the discrepancies I have had with the office. For example, in beginning of May my a/c unit went out and was not fixed until mid-June. The manager claimed she would compensate our rent for our inconvience but gave us a discount that would barely cover one night in a hotel (whch they also would not pay for so we had to stay in the heat) Guidelines claim that that should have been fixed within 48 hours but it seemed more like 48days to them. I tried to contact their corporate office and district manager numerous times with no reply. Obviously they are not up on game and are playing residents for what they are worth.. There is no sense of security, privacy or leisure at these apartments.. I do not recommend anyone to come here to live.
