IT REALLY CRACKS ME UP THAT THIS PLACE IS SO PITTIFUL THAT THE MANAGEMENT HAS TO LOG ON TO ACTUALLY WRITE THE REVIEWS. PLEASE REVIEW THE "SENDER" INFORMATION AND YOU'LL SEE THE IP ADDRESS. YOU CAN TRACE THAT BACK TO "OWNER" OF THE IP ADDRESS AND YOU'LL SEE "BARTRAM SPRINGS APARTMENTS" IN THE LOCATION OF THE IP ADDRESS.

The only thing I forgot was the garbage bins never work and garbage stacks up for days. It smells and there are rats on top of it at night. Other than that, you are in paradise. This is the worst place I have ever lived in. Forget about anybody fixing anything here. You are on your own at this place.

I have had a great experience here, You are living in an apartment with hundreds of other residents... so you may not be on the top of the list Princess. It seems to me, you need to pull whatever stick is up your butt out and get a life, because it looks to me that all you do is sit at home and write review updates about this place... I havent spoken with Kristina but Chasity was a doll... she doesnt have a mean bone in her body. Please people reading this, dont let this ladies problems scare you away from living here, it is a beautiful place!

Yep...me too! I don't have any problems living here! People have to realize that no matter where you move or no matter how much rent you pay...it's an APARTMENT! So if you have so many complaints about it, the trash, the mgmt crew, etc. Why don't you got buy a house...then you can do everything on your own accord and to your satisfaction. I don't take the trash out...my fiance does, but I have never seen it piled up, there are no noise problems, the residents are friendly, and the office staff is great!!!! Well..some people are just anal and can't be pleased. Those people, however, should purchase their own home, so their only complaint can be about themselves!

I have been here since August and the few problems I had have been rectified and we love it here. My wife and I were kind of talking, with the amount of available units here and the lack of people that seem to be moving in, we hope they wind up converting to condos. We might decide to buy one. Honestly, the only "negative" thing I can say about the apartment is the city it is located in.

I have been here for almost two years and I am about to renew my lease again. People forget that this was a BRAND new property, there were bound to be problems. I have looked at other properties and this by far has to be the best one. I really can't stand when people who are so picky and pretentious have nothing better to do with their time than sit on here and write something negative about a place that fixes your problems in a very timely manner. Get a life.

Usually with new construction things are new and shouldn't break like they do here. Why would you EXPECT more problems with a newly built place than with an old one? That doesn't make any sense. I haven't seen any rats, but there is only one trash dumpster for the 200 apartments here and it is only emptied once a week. It does tend to overflow every weekend to the point where trashbags full of food and trash are stacked out in front of the full dumpster door. Once it was bad enough that the 30 foot-long ramp leading up to the dumpster was stacked 4 feet high with trash and I had to keep 2 full and smelly bags of trash inside my apartment for a few days before the management figured out that it might be nice to have trash service sometime. And here's a tip, Ms. Anonymous Poster (a.k.a. apartment staff), people like myself DO have better things to do with their time. I'm not picky and I'm not pretentious. I'm actually very easy to get along with until I feel so mistreated by the apartment staff and management that I can't take it anymore, won't stand it anymore and hate your guts. I have a sneaking suspicion that's why the other handful of residents took time out of their busy schedules to make sure other honest people don't wind up in your sticky little spiderweb.
