This was the worst place ever even though it was new. Managment change about (3) times while i was living there, they had no maintenace untill the month I left they hired ONE guy, water pressure was horrible, the front gate never worked had to go over the curb threw the grass thank goodness i had and truck and on top of everything when i left they are charging me a these stupid fees i heard they do that to everyone

Management changed once. The maintenance supervisor has been working at the property ever since Greystar took over (and he is amazing). The front gate has worked since February (thanks to Greystar Management) and the only reason they would charge you fees would be because you didn't pay your rent or you left your apartment dirty.

Whats funny is that my friend lived there and they were charging her because she supposivly left a mess but she didnt and she said she wasnt going to pay and she didnt and guess what same thing happened to me and i haad a professional company come and clean and they were still charging me, some managment they just want to steal your money
