Well, here I am again writing at how bad this place is. You can see my original posting from September of last year, 2006. To date NOTHING has been fixed. The gates still do not work properly. Some poor guy in a nice Lexus now has a great big dent in his hood where the arm to the gate came down for no apparent reason and smashed the hood of his pretty car. Hope he has good insurance... and a lawyer. Still water pressure is almost non-existent. People drive through this complex like they are on a race track. I have seen management standing outside and witnesses this and they do nothing about it. Still problems with air conditioners. Still holes in walls that nobody from management cannot explain why. Repeated problems with cable, Internet and phone. I was told by a supervisor who came out the other day that all these buildings were wired improperly when they were built. Somehow I'm not surprised. I have been here since August of last year. The cable repair man has been to my apartment 17 times. That's a little extreme to me. There still aren't televisions in the workout room. There still isn't a pool table in the recreation room. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! How can you call this property a "gated community" when there is just a gate' You can easily just go around the gate and up on the sidewalk to get around it. What a joke! They are advertising themselves to be more secure but they only have a "gate" and that's it. And that doesn't even work most of the time. The management has once again changed hands. Three times since August of last year. These people are just as stupid as the last ones. Nobody seems to know what is going on. Would you believe I actually got a note on my door the other day stating "Please tell us what your garage number is." Like they don't know that already' Geez, if that doesn't tell you something, nothing will. They are not even at 50% capacity and have been open for a year. They signed a contract with Blue Cross/Blue Shield to bring all these people in here on a short term rental. They NEVER did any background checks or credit checks on these people. Last weekend six cops showed up to serve a warrant on somebody that was a family member living here staying with one of these Blue Cross/Blue Shield people. So what they have done is moved in here on a short term rental, then moved their families in here too! Again, no background or credit checks on them either. This is absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. Do yourself a favor, find some other place. Maybe they can keep the same management here for an entire month!

By the way, our lovely malfunctioning security gate was installed by Sunbelt Gated Access Systems, Inc of Jacksonville, FL in July 2006 =)
