WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR FOUR MONTHS FOR OUR DEPOSIT BACK. EVERY TIME WE CALL WE GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER. THE SO-CALLED ASSISTANT MANAGER AMANDA TELLS PEOPLE THAT SHE CANNOT GIVE OUT THE CORPORATE OFFICE PHONE NUMBER. WHAT HAS SHE GOT TO HIDE' I'VE NEVER HEARD OF THAT IN MY LIFE. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE MOST IGNORANT PEOPLE YOU COULD EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, RENT AN APARTMENT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND NOT WITH THIS PLACE. NOTHING EVER WAS FIXED WHEN WE CALLED MANAGEMENT (ALL FIVE DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES IN THE 10 MONTHS WE LIVED THERE) AND THEY NEVER SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. ABSOLUTELY THE MOST INEXPERIENCED PEOPLE YOU COULD EVER FIND.

I READ THE BAD REPORTS THAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE WRITTEN. I AGREE 100%. THE GATES NEVER WORK, MAINTENANCE SUCKS, AND INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT. THERE WERE TWO CARS BROKEN INTO ALSO WHEN WE LIVED THERE. WE ACTUALLY DIDN'T HAVE A LOCK ON OUR GARAGE BECAUSE THEY WERE SO STUPID THEY COULDN'T EVEN FIND ANOTHER LOCK TO REPLACE IT. YES, OUR BELONGSINGS WERE EXPOSED TO WHOEVER DECIDED TO OPEN UP THE GARAGE DOOR FOR TWO MONTHS.

I'LL BE BACK. I PLAN TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW EVERY WEEK UNTIL WE GET OUR DEPOSIT BACK FROM THESE IDIOTS.

management does not give locks to people who dont pay for a garage... common sense

I wouldn't hold your breath for the deposit...at least I have that to look forward to. I have to be honest though, maintenance doesn't suck. He's reasonably quick to respond, very polite and kind and he knows what he's doing. ON THE OTHER HAND... I have NEVER in all my life seen a place constructed so cheaply and shoddily. While the maintenance man is good, he shouldn't be having to fix so many things around here. The place completed construction 11 months ago and its already falling down like the London bridge. Good luck with the deposit...maybe the management needs a class action lawsuit for them to wake up and smell the manure.
