hahahahaha these reviews crack me up... I live here and I think it is a great community... I have lived here since July and the garbage has been backed up i think 3 times but its normally fixed within a timely manner and its not the managements fault... if people would stop clogging it with their HUGE boxes, i believe this last time someone put a vaccuum box in there without pushing it all the way in so yes it's going to get clogged IDIOTS! as for this lady saying shes going to post a comment every week until she gets her deposit back... all i have to say is GET A LIFE! I love the girls in the office, everyone has been very friendly so far. We actually discussed this website and they just laughed. They know you cant make everyone happy as long as the people that matter are happy, they are fine with whatever these losers have to say about them. So dont let someone who is mad at the world lead you to believe this place is anywhere near bad... It is actually quite the opposite. Plus, would you listen to anyone who storms into the office yelling and screaming at the office staff while they are trying to work'''' Yeah, I was there and leased the same day that this lady did this. I know some people are just born to complain. This person was born to try to make everyone else as miserable as they are.

All i have to say is that if you think that bartram springs or wat ever its called is a good place to live or has great managment, read the reviews and look at the rating. 67% thats not good at all and the only thing holding the ranking that good is the staff rating them selfs
