I lived here for about 6 months. It's in a nice area of town if you like the Mandarin area. It's close to a lot of things and it was nice being so close to St Augustine. The apartments themselves' We heard our upstairs neighbors every day all day long. We understood it was an apartment and you will tend to hear things but we noticed that our neighbors were loud without any consideration for anyone around them. I also have a friend living there and she has the same problem with her upstairs neighbors. (Except they like to go outside on their patios and slam doors, yell, and stomp around.) The construction was cheap, our shower leaked onto the wall 2 months into being there, and it seemed like they didn't have the funding to put money into the property. We had a car wash when we moved in then a few months later it got "turned off" because of their water bill. Are you serious' The apartments really aren't that expensive so people on here who complain about the price are ridiculous. You're getting what you pay for. Go across town to the south side and you'll be paying $200-500 more for 2 bedrooms/2baths. The girls in the office were always sweethearts and our maintenance issues always got taken care of quickly. So this place wasn't too bad for only being there a short amount of time but I doubt we could have made it a whole year. I'd suggest moving to a nicer complex if you could afford it, though.
