I am currently a resident. The reviews below are somewhat unfair in my opinion based on our experience. the community itself is very nice and quiet with the exception of the train, but what can you expect when there is a train track 10ft from the property line'

I feel the grounds are kept clean and the gate is fixed impressively quick when some idiot chooses to not follow the rules and hits it due to piggy-backing ( i wish it was made out of steel so it can damage their cars as well).The times we have needed work in the apartment it was also fixed impressively quick.3

I do not agree with the review regarding the garbage as everytime i take mine out is perfectly clean. I believe one time it was jammed but that is not management's fault, but rather some idiot that dumped a stack of boxes in there completely disregarding the sign that says "no boxes".

The main problem with the place is the construction quality. Anyone with very minor experience in construction can outpoint many flaws that somehow passed inspection. Together with the poor construction and lack of insulation comes neighbors with no consideration or respect to others. We can hear our upstair neighbor all day long, everyday. Not only is the music blasting at odd hours of the day from 7am to 4am to 12pm to 4pm (maybe she needs a job'), but it also sounds like they are playing bowling or maybe living room basketball at times. Again, this is not a fault of management, but a resident who also happens to be an idiot (probably the same group that piggy backs or jams the garbaege).

In all the place is very nice and management does a good job, however, construction is poor and some residents are inconsiderate a**h***s. We can definitely stick it out for the time, but this place can also easily motivate you to do what it takes to buy a house...not because of the neighborhood or management, but because of incosiderate residents.

sidenote: parking is not so bad, but some people think the closer you park to the car next to you, the better. AGAIN, no fault of management or the neighborhood....just idiots.

sidenote #2: there is always dog poop literally a few feets away from the potty bags. AGAIN, they are good at ALWAYS having the potty bags...but some idiots choose to neglect the potty bags that are there for their use.

if you read this you can see the trend...its not management, its the incosiderate a**ho**s that live here among us. Because of them along with poor construction, i wouldnt reccommend the place.
