Well we have been living in Century at Bartram Springs for approx. 5 months. In that 5 months we have complained multiple times about our upstairs neighbors. It sounds like they are building an addition up there or something. The management does nothing, finally I called the police and then the manager calls me and says the neighbors do not want to move but they will move us. Why should we go through the hassle of changing utilites and addresses on liscenses etc......the problem makers should move or be kicked out. We are just going to call the community officer every night that they are loud until they evict them. I know this sounds petty but they wake my baby up almost every night what else can I do' I pay 949.00 a month in rent, I deserve to live comfortable. I will say this though Landon one of the mantinece men is awesome. However the other guy is a complete jerk and I had to go to the office and complain about him. He is no longer allowed in our apartment anymore.
