Upstairs neighbors moved in a month after us, their two kids (both under 5) run through the house constantly. Calling the courtesy office does nothing. The office can't make them control their kids, do I really have to go upstairs everyday to tell the parents to watch their kids. I understand kids are kids but the noise is ridiculous. The padding between floors is non-existent. We can hear everything. The train makes our bed shake....we were told we would hardly hear the train. yeah right. I pay $1149 a month to listen to kids run around upstairs and listen to the train. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

How close are you to the train? We took a tour yesterday, the unit was on the 1st floor, and the train is directly behind us...also told we could barely hear it....now I'm worried...any help would be great
