Long Time Resident From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/18/2003 Years at this apartment: 1984 - 2003   I have lived here 18 years. I have occupied several different apartments on the property. My maintainance requests are always handled in a timely manner and the maintainance men are great. The property doesn't get much better with large oak trees, pines and palms on the riverfront. The office staff work hard to make sure that residents are Like all communites, there is going to be crime. However 90% of it is automobile related.
