(user photo) Filthy Faucets when you move in (user photo) filthy stained kitchen floors (user photo) they try to paint over the crud in the cabinets instead of just cleaning them (user photo) Crappy workmanship...AC never works, causes moldy carpeting, and they don't care.

I have lived here 18 years. I have occupied several different apartments on the property. My maintainance requests are always handled in a timely manner and the maintainance men are great. The property doesn't get much better with large oak trees, pines and palms on the riverfront. The office staff work hard to make sure that residents are
Like all communites, there is going to be crime. However 90% of it is automobile related.
With 14 different floor plans, there is an apartment of almost any size available.
