If living in a ghetto is your cup of tea, then Charter Landing is the place to be. The walls are so thin in the bathrooms, that you feel as if you are taking a shower with your neighbors. Don't bother complaining about the music or neighbors being to loud, the staff just laugh at you and don't do a thing about it. Even called the police a couple times regarding the loud music, didn't help much, they just turned it louder. Very poor quality of staff, immature, and rude. Would not recommend Charter Landing to anyone.
