(user photo) Filthy Faucets when you move in (user photo) filthy stained kitchen floors (user photo) they try to paint over the crud in the cabinets instead of just cleaning them (user photo) Crappy workmanship...AC never works, causes moldy carpeting, and they don't care.

I just moved out of my apartment and recieved a full refund of my security deposit plus interest. I miss my large apartment and river view now that I am gone. I had nice neighbors and found the property to be well cultured and reasonable. The staff was as sweet as they could be and always took special care when entering our apartment because of my cat. I will truly miss my friends at Charter Landing and the kind maintenance & office staff. Thanks for everything!
