We lived at Charter Landing for over two and a half years. During that time we found the maintenance staff responsive as well as courteous any time we had a problem. If it were not for our job relocation to south Florida we would still be living there. Mary and her staff made our move as painless as possible which was a big help. Every time I had a need to go to the office I walked out with a smile which is not something I can say about every place we have lived. The complex is very clean with nice landscaping which gave us a secluded feeling. We would not hesitate to recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live! I just wish we could have taken the Charter Landing staff with us to our new apartment when we moved!!!
