(user photo) Filthy Faucets when you move in (user photo) filthy stained kitchen floors (user photo) they try to paint over the crud in the cabinets instead of just cleaning them (user photo) Crappy workmanship...AC never works, causes moldy carpeting, and they don't care.

i am a current resident and i have enjoyed living at charter landing. the people that complain complain complain need to stop being babies and get over it. things happen here just like they do anywhere else. the staff is very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to do what they need to do to fix the problems that we as residents complain about. it is not their fault that things go wrong. the residents just need someone to blame. charter landing is a great place to live. i would strongly recommend living here. i have lived here for three years, and will be renewing my lease in august.
