I have lived in my apartment for almost a year now. I have had my share of maintenance requests, but the staff has always been very helpful. People need to realize that there are going to be problems no matter where you live. I had similar problems (i.e. leaky faucets) in brand new apartments. You can't escape these things. People also need to realize that if you want someone to help you, you ought to ask for it nicely. Treat the staff with respect and they will do the same to you. That is how it is everywhere. Yelling at someone doesn't make them want to help you. And in apartments like these, they don't NEED you to be there....there are always others who would be glad to replace you. Anyway, overall the apartments are nice. Neighbors are nice. The walls are a little thin, but you get that everywhere. For the price, Charter Landing is great. My apartment is large and has been well kept and the grounds are always nice looking. I would definitely recommend Charter Landing!
