I would NOT reccomend Charter Landing to anyone for any reason at anytime! The staff is immature and vengeful. I moved into the Charter Landing apartments early this year. I saw the apartments online and thought that they looked great. I was supposed to have new carpet and countertops. Neither of those were put in. My bathtub and bathroom sink were PAINTED white to cover up the cracks and mold. The day I moved in my shower started leaking. I reported this problem to the office the next day. I went back to report the problem 4 times throughout the first month and nothing was done. After I received my water bill that totaled over $170 I told the office manager and she threatened me for causing a problem. She told me that I "didn't want to start something with them." Since then, my apartment has been broken into twice and I have been harrassed almost everyday by the office staff. I moved out in April and now I have to pay over $2500 to break a lease that I haven't been happy with from the start. I would never reccomend Charter Landing. I would rather live in Hell!!!
